It's definitely different...right before, I get exhausted (Tuesday was that day for me, could barely keep my eyes open!). Then I notice it's like pushing all the way through. Tonight was a lil better. Plus, it's just plain uncomfortable, especially with cramps.

Thank you OP, for this post. LOVE it. What I can't stand is for people to preach to me about how what I'm eating (to lose weight) is unhealthy, and working against me. Especially when it's worked perfectly fine for me. To each his own. If it works better for you to eat more natural foods, more power to ya. It works for me…

That is a not a fact and has not effected me at all. I've stuck to my goals for the past 4 months with many artificially sweetened treats.

I just count calories...smaller portions and better choices. :)

Exercise so you'll have more calories to eat...what are your average daily meals like? Maybe you could make better choices to make sure you're eating enough calories and getting full?

My husband and I both have these during the week at work, usually about 2-3 times a week. My favorites are the Healthy Choice meals with side & dessert, and the Steamers. We both enjoy them, and I don't obsess about the sodium amount on those since they're not very high and I don't overdo it.

My husband and I are doing it together! It's mainly the same way. We were just talking about it this morning. lol It's just how us girls are..we want to gab away, but most guys will just utilize it for the tools.

Don't weight at night. That will psych you out. Weight fluctuates. You should only see a true loss once a week. I personally see mine on Saturday, so that's when I do my official weigh in. Don't stress...that will cause more problems. :) Do consistent exercise/activity....at least 30 minutes a day. Drink lots of water.…
