Just chiming in to say that I use Just Dance 1, 2, and 3, and Dance Dance Revolution. Also, the Wii sports are pretty good for light or low impact exercise, you just have to spend more time doing them to get a big calorie burn.

I end up with 3 meals a day and a snack every now and then. I work all day with only a 30 minute lunch break, so snacking isn't something I can do on a regular basis. On the weekends, it just depends.. Sometimes I'll eat 4 or more times.. other times I'll eat only once. *shrugs* Depends on how busy my weekend is.

My first real post to this thread. Hi everyone! Monday: Calories: Was under. MFP says I was too far under. Exercise: Good. Water: Not so good. I need to drink more. Proud: I was able to resist temptation at work when my co-workers wanted to go out to eat.

I'm an ally. I've always had several friends that fall into the various LGBT letters, or are pan or asexual. I haven't been on MFP very long, so I'm saddened to hear that threads like this will most likely get deleted. But at least MFP is trying to make groups a reality, so there is hope.
