I am vegetarian as well. I don't do well eating a raw vegan diet. I find I gravitate towards nuts and nut butters too much. Have you considered the Eat To Live type of menu plan? It's focused on a lot of raw fruits and veggies but also incorporates beans, nuts, tofu, etc.
