Hello everyone, I am 5'8" I weigh 240.1 I have been over 200 pounds for approximately 20 years and I hate it. Therefore my initial goal is just to get below 200. My ultimate goal is to get to 155 which would be 85 pounds to loose. I would appreciate and reciprocate any encouragement. Thanks Amy

I absolutely adore my PF membership. If you plan on tanning or using multiple gyms go for the black card it does have some good benefits if you are going to use them. I am currently trying to get below 200# for my daughter's 16th birthday May 3rd that means I need to loose 2#/week so for February I'd need to loose 8#. I weighed in today at 227.3 I'll take my measurements tomorrow. I'm on my way to bed now. So my goal for the end of February would be 219.
