  • Good luck!!! I would imagine it may be easier to learn if one has interaction with someone who is fluent in the other language and only talk in that language. I used to do that with the hearing people who wanted to sign. (I am deaf / ASL user)

  • Hi there! I am profound deaf too work at an office, where I get up at 430 with my husband and when he goes to work 5 am I am working out.   • way to go! very noticeable! May I recommend you to start taking pictures of yourself after every 10 lbs lost so you can see the difference? sometimes I feel like I don't, and I go back and I see my picture or my old pair of pants I kept and see the difference on my rainy days.

  • There isnt much to say... it varies on some people. i use http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc and http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calories_burned_list.asp I hope it helps! My problem is how much do i burn when i do a ved, but if i do something with a machine, it tells me how many i burned... Good luck!
