Hello Group, I am 54 and have had horses since kindergarden graduation. Currently have a quarter horse gelding and a warmblood mare. I ride english and am just getting back into it as I was way too heavy to ride for about 10 years. Started taking lessons again and hopefully will be trying out a show or two in the spring.

Hello, I had my surgery Sept 2011 and have lost 138 lbs. Love Myfitnesspal, and enjoy chatting with people that have had the surgery or are thinking about it. I was 53 when I had the surgery and my only regret was not having it 30 years sooner. Hope I can contribute to this forum.
