I love her. I have 5 of her workout DVDs and get really good results. She's tough, she can be slightly annoying (but who can't), but I also read her book "Unlimited" and I definitely do think her heart is in the right place.

I used to have Kahlua and Coke whenever I drank. Would have had at least 2 cans worth, plus the sugary Kahlua. Even the thought of it makes me feel nauseous! I've switched to Vodka and Sodawater now. Much better for hangover as well :)

With 30 Day Shred, I modified 2 of the moves for my knees - the jumping jacks and the oblique twists. I found that by getting rid of the twisting movement of the oblique twists, and the jarring jumping jacks, my knees were probably even stronger by the end of it. Nice trick! I sort of have a similar thing - whenever I don't want to get up early and do the 30 Day Shred before work, i just hit play on my laptop, and I can get to about 2 mins lying in bed watching it before it somehow just spurs me to get up and start doing it.

I don't have scales, and haven't had them for a year so I have no idea how accurate anything is. Still, in my mind, I'm the same weight I was a year ago, so I hope to have a pleasant surprise next time I find a set of scales! And I do find that number motivating.
