Sorry I thought I had posted my weigh in. It has thrown me weighing in on Friday. 203.8 I finally budged. I must read to many books to my kids because in my head I am hearing. Christopher Robin I bidged, I boodged, I budged.

I set up my profile ignoring the nursing. I set it up to lose 1 lb a week. I never did add in the nursing calories. But that really depends how heavy you are. I was heavy enough that I was still getting about 2000 calories. I lost weight really well at that setting. Also my milk supply kept up. I made it to 1 year. That is…

The midwife said it was hard to find the heartbeat through all of the layers of fat. Thanks like I didn't know I was fat. As soon as the baby was out and I could I got started.
