Find a lower calorie version you like of the same food you eat now. This may help you by allowing you to keep the same foods you like in your life and make the change in your diet feel less like you are forcing yourself to do something.

I am going to start separating my portions again. In the past I did better at managing my weight when I portioned my food right after buying my food. I buy single serve packets for some of the treats I eat and I think I will start doing that for most of my treats.

I have started keeping at least one bottle of water on the desk next to my bed. In the morning, before bed, or if I wake up from sleep for some reason the water bottle/bottles are the closest things to me so I am more likely to go for them than to go to the refrigerator.

I do not have a problem with people wearing jeans to work out in. I prefer jeans to sweat pants most of the time. I usually wear my sweat pants to sleep in or when it is winter.

I have not been to either, but I know people make videos of their vacations and post them on youtube. So maybe if you look at other peoples vacation videos it will show you more of the different areas of both places and things to do. Also hotels, a lot of people say how their hotel was, some of the bad hotel experiences…

When I actually stick to the program I eat what I want to fill up and then do something to burn off the calories. Such as eating peaches and then walking the calories off.

I need to go back to eating healthy. I will get back into it slowly, right now these cookies and that alcohol are too good to portion.

If you think you should consume more calories, but do not want to eat them, drink them. When you get thirsty instead of drinking water have some lemonade, milk, soda if you feel like it or any other drink with calories in it.

I say test. If you find you can keep it in the house without binging on it then that is a win. If you find out you can't this time then maybe test yourself with it again in a month or two to see if you are better with it then. That or next time you make it you can give the rest away to people you know.
