  • You are not supposed to have calories left over even when you work out. Your left over calories is supposed to be 0 or as close to zero as possible to lose the weight you told this website you want to lose.
  • I know I go through times when I just want to eat whatever looks good around me. So for me I have switched out some of my foods for lower calorie options of the same thing or similar things but from different brands, or low fat versions from the same brand.
  • I only count water that has nothing added to it as water. Such as if I flavor my water or drink a carbonated water I put it in my drink category.   • Have you tried switching brands. The database on here can help you find a lower calorie, carb, sugared orange juice. That and checking the product label to make sure the amounts listen in the database are correct.
  • To eat the sweets and still lose weight I would say eating the sweet and then exercising off the calories the sweet had could help. Such as if you wanted to drink a soda that had 170 calories, I would suggest you do something to burn the 170 calories you would be taking in by drinking the soda.
  • When I try to lose weight I end up being hungry for a while every time I have to lower the amount of calories I take in. After I get used to the new amount of food I can eat I am no longer hungry. I would rather go slow or keep the fat than be hungry.

  • I think part of it is the amount of what you eat, but I also think it might be what you eat. For calories, you could try eating brown rice or long grain white rice. You should look them up first to see the difference between them and what type of rice you are eating now.
