I have found that when I lower my calorie allowance I all of a sudden want everything more and want things more than I wanted them before. The fist few weeks are filled with food desires I don't understand.

My main goal is to increase my strength. My short term goal is to lose weight for some identification I have to get. I like how most of my body looks and I can't wait to go to the beach in a month.

I have heard lower amounts and higher ones. It depends where you look. To maintain I should be taking about 16 teaspoons according to myfitnesspal.

Good luck with your body change. Why can't you approach her now though?

I looked at it, it looks fine. It seems properly priced compared to other diet programs I have seen. I do not do diet programs though.

Chicken noodle soup.

I did not like how high the number on the scale was so I decided to lose weight. I like how I look now a lot better than I did before so the motivation is not there as much. However, I want a passport and will need a new ID next year and I would really not have to put down my current weight.

No, I do not like facial hair. So far the only person I let get by with a beard is Brock O'Hurn.

I have had rewards for myself in the past. Having rewards worked well for me. I have been thinking about using rewards again. My rewards were allowing myself to spend money on things I did not need, but wanted. Like clothes, alcohol, random shopping trips, other possessions I did not need. Now I want less stuff, so I do…

For me it is almost worthless because it does not feel me up so why should I eat it. Unless it is french bread. Then it tastes great, but other than that I would rather get my calories from something that feels me up.

I have not given up sugar, but I have decided to eat less of it. I do not think I will keep this up for long because I do not think there is much of a benefit for doing so.

Mine is 1200, but i eat what i feel like and am lazy.

Mine keeps popping up with cell phone ads, car ads, and antivirus ads. I have not looked up any of those things in months. I used to get food ones, probably because I used to look up nutritional info online.

Spinach, fried cabbage and the bags of mixed vegetables have low calories if you are trying to stay in your calories.

Ice cream.

Both, I am going to eat what I want. But I do not have a problem with someone talking about added chemicals. If I really had a problem with that stuff I would just grow my own food and only eat what I grow. Also just found her Facebook page, and when I typed it in one for people who have been blocked from her page popped…

I did not know about this woman before this thread. In the few videos I see of her she is telling people to cook their food. Also she seems to not like Kraft's macaroni and cheese. She talks a lot about added chemicals, which I do not have an problem with. So not the channel for me, but I am not seeing the problem. Are the…

Buy the smaller sizes of the sweets. I would suggest increasing the amount of naturally sweeter foods you eat throughout the day. If the reason you want to stop eating them is because of the calories I would suggest chewing gum when you get the cravings or before you go shopping around the holiday time.

A chocolate shake.

I used to drink one for breakfast, when I ran out of fruit, on days I was running late to class. I would have to eat food right after I got out of class because the shakes do not fill me up. You should look for one that says it can be used as a meal replacement, and there are none I know of that are what I would consider…

My nail painting skills have decreased.

I mostly hear about the weight problem when I am watching weight loss shows. Most of the people I know are probably over weight. I do not really have a problem with it or worry about it. Their weight is their thing, I pay more attention to my own.

I did not know there was a V8 diet until you mentioned it. I do not have any input on this. I would just like to ask what made you choose that diet, and exactly how many weeks are you planning on doing this diet?

Thank you for your suggestion. No blog I have read or vlog I have watched has counted undergarments. Some have counted shoes and accessories, others have not. The most amount of items I have seen is 37. It is more about outfits. A few count swimsuits as well.

I don't think wearing 1 outfit everyday would be welcomed by others. I don't really want to lather up in my clothes to keep people from thinking I smell.
-
I'm bored, this is what happens. Plus what I asked for is not really something important to my life. It is just something I am interested in and want to try for a while.

lol I never understood the baggy clothes as a fashion style. If I could pick a clothing style from the past it would be hippie or mod.
-
No, it is limiting your clothes, accessories, and footwear down to about 30 items (depending on who you listen to). A minimalism thing basically.

I take a prenatal vitamin.
