Sweating is not important to me because I don't really sweat. As in, I have gone running with my brother and at the end of it he was sweating, but I wasn't. I think it is more important to keep track of your heart beats before and after you run.

I would not dat anyone with an age starting with the same number as my parents or older. So anyone 40 and over is not going to work. Id prefer them to be able to drink so I'd prefer 21 as the youngest, but its really 18-39. I am 22.

I think a woman with some muscle I can see looks better than a most woman who range from thin to big, but I think a thik woman looks better than a thin woman so I put a thik womanl right behind the woman with muscle.

It does make you hold onto it because you don't burn later at night. Your body starts powering down, thats why your not supposed to eat that much after around 6 pm.

Often the doctors scale and a persons home scale wont say the same thing. Or you could have gained muscle. You should try a scale at a gym that makes you move the weights yourself. Those scales are more accurate, that or go to your doctor here.

If I wanted a trainer I would higher the trainer I believe could help me get to the body I want. I don't care what they look like, I care about what they can make me look like and how strong they can help me get. If the heavy set person can do that better than the thin, or in shapre trainer I'll pick the heavy set one.

Catching up on the 1000 calories wont help you late in the day because your body will just hold on to it. Fruits should be counted because your supposed to put what you eat and drink in your food diary. You eat fruit, so you should count it.

When I was at school, I used to weigh myself every 2 weeks, but now since I can't find my scale since I've come back home I haven't gotten on a scale at all. When I get my scale I'll probably do it every week untill I see muscle and then I'll switch to measurements of that.

I'm 5'4, my goal is to reach the requirments of the airforce. I used to be really skinny and have decided that I want to switch to muscle. I want to have more of an athletic body. I will be moving in a few months and I think the strength will help me lift things such as my trunk and T.V.

Take your weight and multiply it by .6 then whatever that number is divide it by 8. Whatever the number is after you divide it by 8 is the amount of water you should drink a day.
