I did this too, in fact within the last twelve moths. I gained all the weight back and 4 pounds extra. The food isn't too bad, it is pricey and there are a lot of add on's you have to prepare during the day. Also - the food is processed and full of fiber. If you are going to be with others all day there is a umm... side…

Hi Shannon, I have done both before and have to say you can get amazing results. But, as soon as I eat sugar again it comes back fast. It would be easy to say I will just never eat sugar again. lol But that probably is not realistic for me. Thanks, Nancy

Thanks everyone! I was afraid my post sounded a little selfish and I am not a "I need help" kind of person. I truly believe that just a word, phrase or smile from someone that understands can make a difference. Hopefully I can give that back too!
