the better you eat...like more veg and fruit w balanced carbs, and protein the more energy you get. Your bodys perfection let it do it on it's own and just slow down and realize the times gonna fly by.

Cashew are actually lower in calories then almonds. Almonds have more protein and more fiber. If cahews fit your taste better then almond i say eat up!

I've also experienced this. I still workout 5x's a week, i eat anythng i want but i haven't gained any weight back in three months. I am loosing weight here and there but nothing like before. Well fitted shoes are excellent but unless you have a really good form your still gonna be in pain. You need to google running form and cadence. Form is the most important thing to get down at the beggining. Form='s less injury. =D

I brush my teeth also. I use to be a huge night grazer but i like to take the dogs out for a walk now or get engaged in another activity that doesn't keep me in close proximity of the fridge =D Change up your routine and change that pattern if you can.

You got the burnout. It happens when you work out that length of time. Find another activity that you like to change it up, maybe some swimming or hiking =D

I look at everyone and some are behind me and some are ahead of me and i realize that honestly it is a journey that i have control of. I am totally capable of this and it's just doing the time and giving the effort to accomplish a very worth while goal.

I don't know about noridtracks at all so i don't know if this apply's, your weight chances how many calories you burn. The heavier you are the more calories you burn. I think most machines are set at 150 lbs, so if you weigh more then that you burned more calories then the machine is saying. I always do manual so i can set…

I had a a little cold and went out and worked out and the next day it progressed into bronnchittis. That kept me from the gym for four days then took awhile to work back up to a decent worktout. I say take a few days off from the gym and who knows maybe all the rest will actually allow you to work out a little harder :)

I wouldn't expect anything to happen super fast. The fact that you feel better is the first sign of progress. I've choosen not to weigh myself before so i wouldn't get discouraged about my progress, and i found that my pants getting looser were the first real sign i had of weight loss. Rest them, ice and, antiflammatory pain killers. Try to swim or do some low impact exercise. If there really painful you may want to go to the doctors for a sleep splint.
