I'm an avid runner and I'm trying to loose a few pounds before I go on vacation. I get rungry from all the running so this is what I do. I eat a portion of my walking calories from the previous week. I aim to walk a certain distance and if i exceed that then i "earn" a calorie dense carb bomb of my choice. If i feel like it. I ran 13.5 miles on Monday, 8 Tuesday, Wednesday an hour stairmill, 11 miles Thursday, 1 hr stairmill Friday, and all week my weights been up two lbs. I started running at 240 lbs+. I took it super slow. I could run 1 minuet at a time now I can run for hours. Loose weight slowly and exercise lightly till you build yourself up. Don't try to rush loosing weight it NEVER works.

I ate around 5300 calories on saturday. I just wiped myself off and started back on sunday =) it was delicious though!

I like lite sour cream or greek yogurt w chicken stock in mine. Also pair them w a lower calorie meat and veg to round out a higher calorie choice! I also like light butter =)

I didn't want to workout today and i didn't need to cause it was my fourth workout already this week...but i did cause its now a habit. I read something a while ago someone posted on here about something called dumping or something like that. Apparently a lot of gastric people suffer from it when they eat greasy food. I get stomach aches and the bathroom situation but not vomitting.

i eat huge breakfasts for the most part. Like today 862 calories for breakfast. I usually skip lunch or have cucumbers, carrots, peppers, and some fruit or a couple low calorie greek yogurts. I eat a normal dinner and then have a 300 calorie snack before i go to bed. I skip lunch cause i workout at lunch time =)

Make exercise a habit! Download some podcasts that you enjoy and just walk!

You might need to have a higher calorie day. There's nothing wrong with that. Just shave some calories off a few other days!
