It has taken me four years to finally get into maintenance. I kept exercising even during diet breaks. I always take off Christmas season

I would start w everything everyone else has stated but i would always carry an apple in my bag and 3 ozs of baby carrots. That way if you get super hungry you got a nice meal w those two items! I also love to cut up peppers and slice up some cucumbers and leave them in the fridge to snack on. Always have fresh fruit…

either cut your calories or exercise more. You should probably put yourself in the .5 loss a week range and just take the extra off pretty slow. I wouldn't want to carry that much extra weight either. Good luck!
-
Great job! You should be very proud of your accomplishments.

After I had my first child I lost so much weight that I was considered underweight. I didn't breastfeed either. Turns out I had a hyperthyroid brought on from pregnancy. Go to your doctor.

I only count purposeful exercise. Anytime I walk outside for just exercise or the dogs. I am listed as sedentary and I workout at least 6 times a week, and walk the dogs 3-6 miles a day.

Calories burned per mile is .36xweightxmiles

I'm 1.2 lbs away from reaching my fourth and maybe final goal weight and I have a little intestinal bug.....I'm hoping all the bathroom time will force my weight to magically disappear!
-
I've had weeks where i have lost a lot and weeks where i have lost 0! I wouldn't worry about it. It will average out soon. =)

Don't have a all or nothing mentality. It's a long journey so enjoy the extra calories now and do eat them. You will be lowering them as you loose weight. Do go for walks even short ones as you will build on your fitness as you go also. Do enjoy treats if your calories allow. Weigh and log everything'. I wish you much…

I did a pretty intense hike a few years back and had the same experience. It took two weeks for the weight to come off but when it did it came off w a few lbs extra =)

Congrats

Congrats! It's a really good feeling, enjoy it!

Are you using an all or nothing approach? I mean if you go off your diet for the day do you just stay off it? I have lost over 100lbs by making my goal fitness and then weightloss. If i have a day where i eat to many calories i just wipe my butt off and get right back on. Its a long journey and it has many ups and downs.

Save your money.

How about a cruise?

I use to have a day a week where it was the same thing. Once I lost alot of weight it started wiping out my hard work for the week. I switched to every two weeks. Once I did that I started looking again.

Awesome job =)

I got a 24 hr fitness membership from costco for 360 for two years. I mainly run outside but it's nice to have free classes, and alternate cardio choices.

I eat back mine most of the time unless i am trying to loose weight a little faster. I've lost 105 lbs. I figure running calories burned at .63xweight then x by how many miles i ran =) I hope that helps. Honestly i don't think eating so little is necessary. Eat more, run more =)
-
Congratulations on your huge accomplishment :)

I've eaten back most of my exercise calories through loosing 100lbs. It's allowed me to enjoy a treat on a regular basis. I'm also a dedicated exerciser and eating to little makes me hungry, lazier, and just nasty. I tried to cut my calories to low for the last two weeks (going to paris) and ended up eating 1300 calories…

Dump your boyfriend. Make yourself happy!
