If your not weighing food per food scale how do you know how many calories your eating? Buy a scale! Be honest w yourself. Also if your holding onto the treadmills all your not really burning as many calories as you think.

I would add my own calories per .36 x weight per mile walk for net calorie burned. If you run then it's .63xweight per mile for net calories burned.

Even if I don't know the exact calories of something I guess and log it. One higher calorie meal doesn't ruin everything. I've had a chocolate scouf fest of 2600/calories and still lost .5 lbs in a week!

I was at trader joes yesterday and they had a bottle of concentrated cold brewed coffee. I bet you could make a yummy iced coffee w that, half and half, and whatever sweetener you prefer.

I ate ALOT Saturday, and Sunday for Easter. I gained 10.8 lbs. It's not real I've already lost half of it. You may be eating higher sodium and gaining water weight. You could have sore muscles and holding water that way...If your not eating the calories needed for such weight gain then your not really gaining.

I've read about it in runners magazine. A lot of the runners swear it allows them to not get as hungry on a really long run. Maybe extended exercise w the fat helps reduce hunger?

I've lost 100 + lbs. I eat whatever I want on holidays and birthdays. I go out to dinner every 2-3 weeks w my hubby. I workout 5-6 days a week. I've also taken months off. I think the other poster has a very good point about you being on an extended diet. I've taken breaks for holidays, vacations, and just cause I need a break. Maybe you need a break. Btw I have a hypothyroidism and manage to loose eating more then you and I'm 5.3.5.....cause the .5 means alot to me =(

I go to the gym instead of running outside due to a injury I'm allowing to heal. So gym 5-6 days a week. I log everything I eat correctly by weighing/ measuring it. That's just rude. I would go there for yourself but just don't waste anymore time or energy on what he thinks. I had a gym manager tell me I was to fat to run because I was "hurting" my joints. It was so embarrassing =( I went home and ran outside and that manager saved me 40$ a month.
