Try prelogging days as much as possible. It really helps!

If it's just tight calfs I say take your long run. If it hurts stop. Sore tight calfs are part of running to me.

Are you trying to burn off extra calories because your fearful of the calories from your "pig out"? Increased cardio increases your appetite. Don't get caught in a cycle. Shake it off and move forward. Times on your side.

That's the correct mentality to have. You will have weeks were you loose more and some weeks you don't loose your pound. This site educates you. It's not a race or a competition. Just know if you workout and eat within your calorie goals in a few months you will be where you want to be.

You look so much younger! Great accomplishment =)

Anyone that tells you that they wish their mom put them on a diet has never had a mom that makes everything about your appearance! I agree with everyone else. My mom made me feel horrible when I was literally 10 lbs at most overweight! Take a breath and stop making it about what you want.

Don't compare yourself to others! Good for you =) I wasn't motivated to loose weight other then 20 lbs when I first started....just by sticking w this I've lost 100+ lbs. I've gone off my diet a few times and gained a few lbs back here and there and I just get right back on track. If it does happen just wipe yourself off…

I read an article that stated net calories burned running are .63 x weight x miles ran. Walking .36 x weight x miles walked.

Are you running w the treadmill elevated? It helps to have it inclined at least 1%

welcome =) it's a lot easier then you realize. Try pre logging foods for the day that always helped me stay on track.

hummus and veggies. Greek yogurt and a tablespoon of granola, or some fruit on it. I also love a half peanut butter sammy!

A couple of weeks ago i ate 500 calories over my daily allotment and guess what? I lost 2 lbs the next day!!!!! It's about the week not the day! Cut a tiny bit from your next few days and you will be right as rain!

I'm increasing my running mileage so this week i logged 48 miles. I'm so RUNGRY that i ate 8k+ calories yesterday =( It was soooo good though. I'm hoping that this week i get 50 miles and stay within a normal calorie range!

I started out just wanting to loose 20 lbs. My first goal was 160 after i reached that 20 lbs. When i reached that i decided 150 would be better. I then reached that goal and thought 140 would be better. I'm now just taking off 5 more lbs to have some room on the body mass index scale =) how about you just try to take off…

Good luck w/o weighing and measuring your food you have no idea how much your eating!

Greek yogurt. It's a yummy snack. I get 12g of protein per small container. I can eat 3 containers as a snack!

Hypo and lost 103 so far.

I ate a whole package of girl scout lemonade..there shortbread w lemon glaze so yummy! I think it's because I'm increasing my mileage so I'm hungrier. Maybe you need to eat more? I'm increasing my egg and creamer potatoe consumption. They both fill me up faster and have more staying power. Try to figure out what foods are…

I ran 14 miles last night =) 10 min avg pace.

I planned on Friday and Saturday for cheat days and back on the good foot Sunday.....but instead I cheated so I could binge watch the originals and consume mass amounts of see`s candy =( it was so awesome!!!
-
I ate three samples from nothing Bundt and a couple handfuls of hubbys frys....I'm not gonna log it. I also only do this every couple of weeks and I don't log dog walks. 3-5 miles a day so it washes out!

Drink lots of water.

Mmmmmmmm eggs!

My weight increased about 3-4 weeks ago and then just stayed the same until a,few days ago. If your weighing and logging all food then it's just water. Increase your exercise a little and see if that helps.

Common when reducing caloric intake. Drink more water, eat more fruit and veg.

I've been doing this for a long time and i say this is absolutely the truth. I lost a ton of weight in January just to gain a few lbs back at the beginning of this month. Then my weight has just been sitting at the heavier weight for a few weeks now. I just finally saw a few lbs come off =) Honestly time is our best friend…

I love the light and fit greek line. There 80 calories a cup =)
