that is so weird that they bug you. There's a ton of crows here and i run outside and they never bug me…stare at me but never bug me….do you smell really delicious?

Either exercise a little longer to earn the calories which actually sometimes makes you not want to eat or save calories from your daily so you can have something salty. Its honestly not a big deal.

7 miles in 60 minutes :)

Awesome job!

I get great results from just doing a different exercise once a week. Plus its nice to try something else. If you try it and don't like it move along to another exercise!
-
i say good morning, or nice night depending on time of day i'm out running =) 99% of the time i get a smile if they can't speak or a good morning from the walkers…occasionally i will have a mini conversation w another runner.

almost 5.4 and weigh 142 lbs and i eat 1800-2000 calories a day. I run 5-6 days a week, and do the elliptical also, and a body pump class here and there =)
-
I do both. I workout as hard as i can for at least an hour a day.

I zone out to. In fact I zoned out and ran through a Bush.....I was spitting out dirty Bush for miles! I zone most of the time, I'll look at my garmin and 6 miles will have flown by.

In three months I will be in New England eating anything I want because not only did I reach my original goal ( 20 lbs ago as of today) but I lost more weight then I dreamed possible!

awesome job!

Good for you!

I adopted a furbaby and wanted to be able to take him for nice walks =) So my goal was 20 lbs……..100 lbs later i'm still enjoying our walks =)

I eat 1800-2000 calories a day lately. I am loosing weight this month at a higher rate then i did last month. So i don't get why people starve themselves. It doesn't do any good. Its been my experience that the more i eat them more i loose. I am a cardio junkie though and i also do strength training now =)

I do the body pump classes at my 24 hr fitness. I do them 2x a week in addition to my reg workouts…and i have to say i think i might be losing much more weight then normal this month!
-
no i wouldn't count walking around the mall as exercise…i also don't log my dog walks and i am set at sedentary also.
-
i run just about everyday and i don't intend to run a marathon/or half. I can run 12 miles no problem to boot! I think you need to take a deep breath and just relax. If someone says something to you that you don't like just keep asking "what do you mean" and see where they lead themselves.

I eat back all of my exercise calories most days and 80% the other days. I use net calorie burn for exercise. So I take away 80 per hr on the elliptical according to the machines total. I x my weight by .63 per each mile I run. 145x.63x miles. .30 x weight x mile per mile walked.

Grats on reaching your goal!!!! I think you were a few lbs to go a couple of weeks ago. :)

This feels like an infomercial........

You look awesome! How tall are you?

I met my original goal and decided I needed to loose more. I just have one or two pig out days when my weight loss stalls. I've managed to take off a good amount of weight that way. I eat 1700-1900 calories a day. Make sure to do somehiil training to keep your metabolism going, and weights. Don't cut down your calories to…

I feel like that about every 10 days or so, i just increase my calories for one day. I like to eat either a piece of cake or something like that and i feel so much better. Just an fyi i do eat enough veggies, fruit, and etc so i know its not that. I just think when you work out hard maybe your body just needs a few extra…

sounds good to me but i would eat back the alcohol calories…….

I gained 20 lbs last year between vacations and the holidays, and i could feel it on my daily run. Running three felt like six =( good news i took it off pretty fast and yes it made a huge difference =) i do notice sometimes when i am banking calories to offset a dinner out that my runs suffer w the lower calories as well.…

I run outside and my run path is very hilly. I just run a little slower up hill and i always run at normal pace down. I kind of think of the down as a rest. I have been running outside for a few years now and my weekly mileage is in the 40's. No problems yet. You could try to run more on dirt as i heard it is better for…

I ran mine off. A cup now as well. I don't mind though. I don't have to wear a bra and bras are easier to find and a lot cheaper now :)
