I weigh 126 and I do an hour long class. I've only been doing it for a short time so I know as I learn the steps better I'll be able to get into it even more - more power vs watching lagging a bit behind watching the steps evolve. I burn between 350 and 375 per my HRM.

you can do it! I recommend checking out the success stories. They are highly inspirational and there are many people on here who started where you are starting. I read once where it takes the brain 2 weeks of consistent daily routine to determine that this new routine (getting up early) is a good thing.
