The thread has definitely moved on by now, but I have to say Daryl is amazing, I love Daryl, if he dies, for me, TWD is over! Also love kick-*kitten* Carol!

I find it's easier to see when someone else's relationship isn't right/or working but can never see the wood for the trees in my own relationships. Good for you starting again :)

Not a big chocolate cake fan, but I really want some of this!
-
Sending lots of positive thoughts your way, really hope you get your miracle!
-
So sorry for your loss
-
Yeah they did, so you can feel fuller for less lol :)

I really want in on your diet, if you include chocolate, sign me up :). I have a treadmill at home, that I can see the TV from, and that makes it so much less boring for me (complete TV addict). Oh and I can't run, but quite fast walking with an incline and I'm happy.

Well it's 6pm and so far I haven't, but I did buy myself 1 donut - that I will be eating and it will put me over calories - and I'll be over by about 400 today. This is not a binge for me, a binge has lots and lots of chocolate and junk and probably about 5-6000 calories (very bad days).

This was me this morning! Been 'good' (I hate that word in relation to losing weight) all week - exercised, below calories - and nothing, not 1 sodding pound off! And I'm fat enough that this weight should be shifting easier than that! Also fighting the urge to binge away disappointed feelings!
-
You might have been kidding but you made me laugh :)

My boyfriend thinks he's 'helping' when he tells me I shouldn't eat something because he knows I'm trying to lose weight. Thing is if he says don't I am so eating it plus more just to show him that I do what I want when I want. Then I get annoyed with myself because I really want to lose weight! I confess I am such brat…

I did the peely foot skin thing once, ended up with way more than a slight limp for 3 days - it was weeks before it stopped hurting but then I am a big wuss :)

In that case me too, the slapping that is - fall off the wagon, get back on dive head first off into plates full of food! Put weight on, lose weight. It's hard to be consistent when you realise it has to a forever thing and you really just want to stuff your face :(. Well this is me anyway.
-
You're not a big fat loser, I consider it falling of the wagon (taken a massive dive off it myself lately). Losing weight is sometimes easier, sometimes harder. I guess we just stick at it and keep trying.

My boyfriend likes Monopoly and he always, always wins and I confess I sometimes, not always, get childishly sulky about it!
-
I'm from the UK and never heard of them either :)

I love that it makes you stabby, I often feel stabby and sometimes worry for my sanity.

I don't know if you know about a comedy show called The Young Ones from England, there was a punk called Vyvyan - a man. I used to get that all the time at school, it got really boring.
-
I'm Vivienne, my parents spelled it Vivian - thanks mum and dad, that's the boys way. I changed it in school. I hate Viv, but get called it, a lot, I don't correct people, I just secretly hate them for a minute. All I've really eaten today is sweets and snacks, no real proper food and a couple of Disaronno's.

I tried 30 day shred but contrary to what she says about 400lb people being able to do star jumps - I couldn't unless I wanted a round of applause from my own body or my knees to completely give out on me, just humiliating. Also watched Hatchi on Sunday and cried, snotty nosed tears in front of my boyfriend, Mum and Dad. I…

Yes one of my cats thinks it's funny to lay right next to me when I'm trying to do sit ups and my rottweiler likes to stand over me and look at me to check I'm ok, also throwing in the odd lick aimed at my face. My parrot doesn't mind sitting on my shoulder while I'm doing my walking in the house and chatting to me. Makes…

I've been on here for ages and recently joined slimming world, I still log my food out of curiousity and have been losing consistently since I joined. I just find it interesting the way it works :)
-
Kind of know how you feel, I have a terrible relationship with food, feeling like stuffing my face today and I'm thinking the only solution is to stay in bed and eat fruit so I'm not tempted! But I can't do that so I have to face it and hopefully not eat stuff.
-
I always weigh myself naked, first thing in the morning - except when I get weighed at my slimming group - and I'm always dressed and it adds maximum 3lbs without shoes and coat.

From Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire, and I'm also not sure Peter Capaldi is up to being Dr Who and can't wait for Sherlock to start either!

Firstly, Happy Birthday! Secondly, don't get weighed again until you've had a week of eating at your normal calories and exercise, you should be fine. You're not going over by enough calories to have put on 3lbs of fat. Enjoy your birthday and get back to eating right and exercising after your day. And also, look at how…

Tetley tea, no green tea for me, can't stand it. Teabag not in the cup too long and a very small amount of skimmed milk - a thimble full or just over really - love tea.

I was an average sized child until I hit about 4. Then just got fatter and fatter over the years. To me food was love - from my mum, it was a treat if I'd been good, it was consolation if I was sad - food was everything to me, for years. I know I had/still have an unhealthy relationship with food which I'm trying to…
-
I feel exactly the same as the OP - and I've just had an epiphany - I used to feel that food was my best friend - always there if I was sad or happy now I feel that it is my worst enemy (and always has been really). I know I have issues with food and find it hard to control binges and to eat properly (and I do get that…

Sounds delicious, so bumping for later
