Chocolate bacon? 2 of my favourite things (let's face it the list is endless) but I've never heard of this and now I can't stop thinking about it lol

Just for today I will really, really try hard not to stress over things I can't control and not be tempted to resort to binge eating to swallow my feelings.

I think you look amazing and have done really well, sometimes we just plateau, it's like everything in life, at times things suck. But if you log everything everyday, eat your exercise calories - if not all at least half and drink more water you may see some results. Good luck

My sense of humour, I think I've got a pretty good one and try to find the funny most of the time

What a nasty thing to do! People are just vile sometimes. I've had them all over the years but I've always had a go back at the person giving it, because they are usually good at dishing it out but can't take it when it's directed at them.

It sounds very much like everybody is different and your body will behave how it wants to behave no matter what you do. Some people lose faster than others even if they eat the same food and do the same exercise. As long as you are doing the right things it can only be a good thing, the weight will move, just unfortunately…

A mini milk lolly is only 30, so you can have 3, a strawberry one, a vanilla one and a chocolate one

My boyfriend playing GTA San Andreas

Fantastic! Love your story! Well done you!

It was lots of things, the pain in my back when I stood for more than 2 minutes, the swelling in my leg, the pain in my feet or the fact that I had eventually realised I was massive! Talk about being deluded - I was wallowing in denial for years!

I'm 39 from Grimsby in England, I work in an office doing admin work. I'm 40 in just over a month and I am devastated about it!

Bacon, well done, but not too crispy Peanut Butter Peanut butter kit kat chunky Dominos stuffed crust (stuffed with hot dog and mustard) pizza - any topping as long as it's some kind of meat and bbq sauce

Addicted to food for forever! Had hypnotherapy 2 and 1/2 years ago - it worked and helped, then I started to slide and am trying to do better (the weekend just gone I was horrendous - old habits it seems do really die hard!) Have booked a refresher for my hypnotherapy but I am aware it's still down to me to stop putting…

Absolutely agree 100%!

Hi I would say firstly 900 seems like a lot for 4 miles, have you got a heart rate monitor? And secondly a lot of people on here say to eat about half of your exercise calories back, and not to go under 1200 - so if you had burned 900 calories and only eaten 1200 in total - you would only actually have eaten 300 - I think…

The only thing my exes have in common is me, apart from their ability to make me laugh (mostly). If they were in a line up you would never be able to say they were a 'type'. Men, who are too moany, clingy or miserable are a big turn off and also the wanting children variety . Although the moany, clingy, miserable…

Normal should make you both happy, and if one persons sex drive is higher than the others - compromise I guess (not a sexy word I know) but never for somebody with a high sex drive and daily (or more) for somebody with a low sex drive isn't going to work in my opinion. My partner doesn't initiate very often, he has…

Nothing is partly your responsibility as a woman. End it, end it now. Or don't, it's your life, your choice. Personally I think you're worth more, nobody deserves to be treated like that. Cos the rest of your relationship must be fantastic if you put up with the 'lose the weight then I'll make a bit of an effort'. He'll…

Unfortunately not as many as you think, I burned 155 - and am a lot heavier than you - this was HRM too.

Don't stop tracking, when you see it there in black and white it makes it real - the actual end figure. And don't have food in the house to binge on if you can't resist it. And keep in mind, you are still at your original goal, well done you!

I've lost an above average sized whole person! But still have at least another average sized whole person to go lol. Yay me
-
Yep shoulder problem here too - and it happened after I'd been doing the 30 day shred for a few weeks (at level 1 - I'm a slow work in progress). And I had rest days. Did the DVD again last week when I thought my shoulder was ok but I could feel it straining again so quit. I'm now waiting until my shoulder is absolutely…

My parents, boyfriend, best friends and some work friends do. I would never add a work friend on here because then they would know what my starting weight was lol and I'm not having that.
-
Probably look under walking under exercise - slow pace - I think that may cover it
-
What have you got your settings on, because that sounds like a 'trying to lose weight' amount of calories to me? Maintenance is more calories than that, so definitely check the settings
-
bump, keeping some of these ideas

Well done you! Not so well done him! But sometimes men are just not aware they are supposed to do something. If you ask him and he has no decent reason why he didn't congratulate you, drop him.
-
Don't hate yourself! It's a blip, move on, eat right for the rest of the day, maybe walk for an hour, jog if you're fitter, cardio burns calories. But tomorrow is another day, a fresh day to start over. You can lose weight, you can do this!
-
Having a similar situation with a friend of mine, every excuse going why she can't do this or that to lose weight, I think she is just not ready to start. I used to think 'what's the point, I've got so much to lose, I'll fail, so why even try'. People will only do it when they are ready. Some people are never going to be…

36.7% wow I'm so far impressed with me lol
