What he said! How awesome!

It happens, I do the same thing. It is about learning what we can do in place of eating when we are emotional. What worked for me for a while was drinking some hot tea or herbals. It is so comforting. I have not been doing that. I am up 10llbs from my lowest too. We can do this, we have done this. It is about learning how…

I would say it is because of your workout. Depending on what you do for a workout, it could be that you muscles hold onto water. I think if you did your 1st weigh in, no workout, released, then weighed it may show different results.

I avoid the scale for that very reason. It is a mental game for me, I don't like to see the scale move up even if I know why it is more. On the other hand, it can be nice to monitor your body and get to know it very well and how it cycles. It is all just data and feedback.

Hunter, this is awesome. Thank you for posting it! I feel like it was exactly what I needed to hear. You are the best!

You look so healthy! Fabulous job lady, thank you for posting!

Honestly, I have never been a guy magnet. Even considering when I was the most fit and I thought I looked good. It is great that you are experiencing more attention. I would take it as a compliment... all the attention. As for the chic you are posting about.... it appears she is playing games. Glad you already have a feel…

I actually like it. = ) It is all in how you frame it in your mind. I think it is a quite a complement. = )

Really like this.. Thanks!

Love this! That is my size too. It is important to appreciate what you have instead of being annoyed by the issues that they can come as result of them.

I agree. It is nuts! Healthy is Sexy and healthy is individualized. I am now a size 12 and I think I will look healthy at a size 8. I was a size 4/5 in the past and that was too skinny for me in my opinioin - also difficult to maintain.

Outstanding! Thank you for sharing. Very inspirational.

Ditto!

This to me, isn't sustainable. Once one stops, how fast will those pounds come back? Seems like a poor return on investment. Jillian said it herself, that she has lost and gained those last few pounds more than she would like to admit... I can see doing this for a special occasion.. or something along those lines. However,…

I look forward to hearing what you ladies think when you get home. Elle, Thanks for you response. I love the reminder to focus on the fact that we are fit and healthy. = )

Thank you. You just did. I was not aware this was posted last week in the forums. Thanks for your thoughts and the heads up.

Earl, I am so happy you are back! You rock! This post is proof positive, you have come back with a grounding message, one that resonates deep in my heart. I have been uber busy with our school (now done for a bit), preparing for our big move, and the holidays that I have let my exercise go - both physical fitness and it…

Emma, I can't give you terminology - I can tell you the beauty of spin classes is that you work at your own fitness level. I LOVE spin, I love that is it challenging and gives me room to grow my fitness level. I have not been to a class in a long while, mostly because there is only one good instructor at my YMCA - and I…

Beautiful! Excellent Effort! How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking. Also, what size in jeans are you? Thank you!
