I've been wanting to get a food scale. How exactly does that work? I assume you weigh whatever meat or whatever you want to eat and you look up calorie content based on how many ounces it is?

I think it makes more sense to eat before ypu work out. Not right before you work out, but at least an hour before exercising because I agree with not wanting to be active witth a full stomach. It does make sense not to eat after working out because you will just consume all the calories you burned off, if not more
