Me - I'm in! Recently fell off the wagon and undone about 3 months work! I NEED to un-do the slip, and get down to 58.5kgs - so that'll be 2 kgs loss for me in April.

I raced yesterday at a local interclub BMX racing meet .... I'm still coming last, the the gap between me and the 2nd to last person is closing!! I figure the only way I'm going to improve is to keep trying, and racing against folks that are faster than me LOL

Thought I'd post an update - yesterday was the first day in nearly a week that I didn't cave to the sugar cravings and went on to eat well for the whole day. Phew - what a night! Spent nearly 90 mins on the BMX track practising sprints in preparation for the next time I come across the zombies. Thankfully, the track was deserted and I was able to train hard without being rudely interrupted!

I love cycing too .... until recently I was into road and mountain biking. Now, thanks to my kids I'm racing BMXs too .... I'm not very fast, but it's soo much fun - plus it's having a great effect on my road cycling!

Just take things 1 day - or even 1 hour at a time if you have to. It's much easier to say "just today, I will not that chocolate bar" rather than "I'm never going to eat chocolate". The longer you can stay away from the sugar treats, or the white carbs the less your body craves them and it does get easier. I'm still…

Sounds like you need to learn how much your weight naturally fluctuates. Weigh in every day , and log it if needbe. You cannot gain/lose 3lb fat in 1 day - it is far more likely to be water.
