OK I'm going to jump in and join the group. I was feeling bad that i wasn't getting 10000 steps a day. I'm going to focus on increasing what I can do each day. Today it was 6872 steps.

Big platter of cake balls and cookies at work today. I have to walk by it all day and I didn't take anything! It was hard but losing weight is more worth it.

I wear my Misfit shine on my shirt or in my pocket and it doesn't calculate extra steps while driving. My Fitbit Charge definitely does.

I've just started back MFP this week. I'm on day 5, 47yo 4'10 and size 18. I haven't added in exercise yet I'm trying to get on track with accurately logging food. I definitely need motivation to exercise. I need some weight loss buddies too please add me.

It seems great but I didn't like that they wouldn't tell me the cost until I went for a trial and they were really pushing me to get a sale. My friend ended up telling me the price and it's to expensive for me.

I think it depends on your body. I'm 4'10 and found if I eat 1200 I maintain but don't lose. I lose if I eat 1000 cal/day.

Did you find your Misfit? I lost mine and I was sure it was while I was out shopping. I saw a post that said to download a bluetooth tracker app. I walked around the house with the tracker opened on my phone. I found mine!

Hi everyone what a great group. I'm 4'10 so I think I qualify for this group : ) I,m working hard to lose all this extra weight I've put on the last few years. I think I looked really good when I weighed 125 but for my size that is still considered overweight. If I could get down to 125 and keep it there I would be happy.
