I would just like to know......... who are we cheating?? I have things that I want but keep them within my allowance most times. Then if I happen to go over every month on one occasion then I do not feel too bad about it!

I got on a bike last year after 25 years as my car died! Thought the saddle would kill me but suggest a gel saddle or cover to help. I just got a mileometre & that has boosted me to go just that little faster & takes the focus off the aches to a goal. Little at a time.......

Penningtons have great stretch jeans!! I bought 2 pairs when I was there & my 18s now getting loose. Size 16's waiting to be tried soon.......

If we could eat normally & not get obsessive we would not need MFP!! If he wants you to be healthy & happy then he will cheer you on but make sure you are spending quality time with him & not getting into the chat rooms while he is around more than you have to.....

Yep! Check your portion size!! You can not put weight on other than if you eat more than you use.

I make my own using a bread maker. Dangerous time is cooling before I can slice & freeze it........ Nothing better or healthier

You need to log EVERY day & keep replacing unhealthy choices with healthy ones, a little bit at a time. Keep at it, after all, the weight was not gained in 5 mins & will not be lost quickly........

Choosing to ignore the negative stuff & be blessed by the positive! I too go for Philippians 4 verse 13 while using verse 12 to remind myself to be content with what I have just eaten!!

95 gone but still another good 50lb to go!! At 49 I had a BMI of 49 & did not want it to match at 50! Now I am 50 & feeling so much healthier I plan to go back to 49 next birthday......... Happy to cheer you on if I fit your group!

I have a small bladder & have always had to get up 2-3 times in the night. I got used to it. It does settle after you have had some time drinking water more but try less in the evening. Perhaps counselling is the route to go with this if you are brave enough?? I was scared but I am so glad I did it as now I do have a handle on the why I eat what I eat , or for now just want to!!

Not being honest about what we put in our mouth is how we got to have the weight problem we have! Lying to ourselves just won't help so even if it makes me cringe, I log it!!

I was told I was fat all my life & ate into it! It was not until I decided that it was time to change things was I successful in doing it! If now is your time then do it & let nobody stop you!! All the best!
