The everything else you have tried is the same as they will do as they help you reduce you input of calories but with support & supervision. I saw the programme & it was good but it showed that the people involved had to be motivated or they dropped out of treatment. Unfortunately nobody else can do this stuff for us but…

I found the diabetic meal very good. I am not diabetic but their idea of healthy eating meal is not mine but diabetic works!!

Losing weight consistently will reassure her as it will make you healthier & less prone to health problems. The people who love you will always be worried about you while you are this overweight but brave girl for speaking out to you!!

Looking great girl! I also have struggled to see myself as I am after 100lb lost. I still pick up clothes in 2 sizes too big as they look too small for me & have to go change them & it's been a couple of years now. It is coming gradually to become my reality!

It will do no hard for this to be so for the occasional day. Try ans eat when you are hungry & not be tempted when you are not. If we had always done this we would not have the weight problems we have now......

Oh yes felt more dreadful than I had ever felt before with nausea & never wanted to eat at all!! It passes after time - hence I am still here & doing the battle! Worth it in the end though.....

Never had to do this though probably should have done & thrown off a ride at a park for not fitting!! I must confess that when I was at my biggest I just did not do this sort of stuff. My life was restricted & this is why I decided to do something about the weight! Not needing a seat belt extension for the plane to Canada…

I still have a significant problem there (without penis!) in proportion to the rest of me but finding that pelvic floor exercises are helping a bit...... I know you are male but you still have a pelvic floor right?

Bloated, sick & felt generally revolting but it was all worth it in the end!! Don't hurry the phases that you need to go through, be patient with yourself. My only regret is that I did not start exercising soon enough but then part of the reason I had it done was that my MS was so bad I could not do much - Loads better…

Not an expert but it makes sense to me! If you are taking a reasonable amount of calories for milk production & 1800-2000 seems sensible then so long as you are eating the right nutrients ie fresh & full of calcium etc, your baby will get what he needs using your fat stores for you!! I would say keep with it & exercise…

I have been doing OK but plan to start SW on Wednesday as need the discipline of weigh-ins & meetings too. Plan to try & keep track here too. How do you find it works for you?!?!? Add me if you think I will be of support!

Eating for comfort will not give you comfort no matter how much you try it!! Deal with the issue & then you will not have to deal with the weight issue in the future.......
