Not in a wheelchair but have the MS! Trying to keep myself well enough to avoid the chair & make life easier with less weight. Not very mobile at present as the MS is having fun for the last 2 months but I do what I can........ All the best in your journey!

Always shower & wet hair before you get in (it's just manners!) Use a hat so you do not swish your hair around in the chlorine (I really must get a new one!!) I have some loose skin! I celebrate that it is not full of fat anymore!! However, there is less than I thought there would be, bearing in mind how long I had been overweight & how fat I was! I just don't get the peanut butter thing! It's OK but full of calories & junk. If you like it fine but if you don't, don't go there! I have just decided that avocado does not have any taste to me & not worth the cals!

Yup, have a look & see what other people eat so you can get some ideas. Generally anything processed is very high in bad stuff so eat clean fresh healthy stuff, with the occasional treats thrown in. It looks like a good balanced diet but it could be that in eating healthy you are getting used to cutting out some rubbish you diet was relying on? It can take 2-3 weeks to flush everything out but if it is continuing I suggest a GP opinion to rule out anything suspicious!!!
