I've lost 25 pounds since i started this journey. I dropped 2 1/2 pants sizes. Tops are trickier. Many times they can still be worn, but fit more loosely. Pant have to fit so many areas of you body, that I've given up on the perfect fit for now. I'll revisit that when I stop losing weight.

Last Easter, I was a size 14. Now I'm a 10, looking at size 8 clothes. I started by cutting down on helping size. I joined a gym in late august. I joined this group in October, so it doesn't reflect all the weight lost.

What are you doing at the gym? I spend about an hour on strength training with Nautilus machines. I've been slowly upping the weights on those. I also normally do 1/2 hour on a treadmill. My knee went wonky, so I've slowed down and tried the eliptical machine. Dog walking twice a day continues.
