If you're gaining or at a standstill then you're eating too little. I eat about 1500 and burn 400-500 daily at the gym. When I ate 1200 my weight loss was extremely slow or I'd even gain a little. I began in July of 2011, and today I weighed in at 216. So about 70 lbs in 6 mos.

I started at 285 and have no idea what sizes i wore because I only paid attention when i wore dress pants for special events, etc. other than that I'd wear yoga pants or sweats ! So, I know I wore a 22+ at 285, but not certain. I am now at 218 and can fit into a 16 - 19 depending on the brand. I'm 5' 7 and a half!

I work out 6 days a week, for either 1 or 1 & 1/2 hours each day at the gym. I start with the treadmill for 20 minutes, elliptical for 40 minutes, and I'll either stop there or add in the ab circuit which are just a bunch of ab machines you do in order. Typically I'll burn between 700 - 850 calories daily.
