Just had sleeve gastrectomy 4 days ago. So far, very happy. I was worried about the pre-diet as well; but I was determined, and it was not that bad. I just don't ever like shakes anyway, so those protein shakes scared me, but I'm doing it--no choice now! I was also worried about the pain of surgery, complications, etc.…
