  • I am breastfeeding so I feel like I am starving all the time, it helps if I eat a snack inbetween each of my three main meals so realistically I am eating about 5-6 small meals a day and it helps keep me feeling full. I have found that it also keeps my calories down so I am not over eating at meal time. Hope this helps!
