I'm 24. my starting was 210 and i'm currently at 195. my goal is between 140-160. i just want to be comfortable with myself again. at 140 i felt good, and at 160 i thought i was fat, until i got to 180 lol. i think i would be content being back at 160.

i'm down to 195 and would really like to be down to at least 160-170 by xmas. not sure how likely that is though.
