  • I always eat mine back and I lose the weight I specified every week. if you specify a 1 pound weight loss a week and you eat back your exercise calories, you are still hitting the 500 calorie deficit for the week and you will still lose weight.   • 2 tablespoons of Jif Peanut Butter clocks in at 190 cals...quick and easy. Throw it on some whole wheat bread and you got a 290 cal snack. 24 almonds are about 160 cals...another quick and easy boost.
  • What got me to start taking it seriously was looking at how much I had gained over a 2 yr period and imaging the weight I would be at 5 yrs from now if I kept it up at that pace...it wasn't pretty. Feel free to add me as a friend if ya need support or motivation.
  • If you eat too few calories your body will start turning everything you eat to fat...and eat your muscle to stay alive. you can grab a extra 200 calories just eating a 2 TBSP of peanut butter...an ounce of Almonds will give ya 160 calories. there are lots of small intake items that will jack up your calorie count.
