Is it a specific food craving? like chocolate, ect? I keep some Jello Dark Chocolate Fat Free puddings in the fridge. 60 calories a cup and help to knock down the cravings a bit.

defor--if you have the funds a good heart rate monitor is an awesome tool to use while exercising. someone that is say 300lbs will have a different result than someone that is 100lbs. I use the Polar FT7 and I found that I was over estimating my calories most times before I had my HRM.

Most people hear exercise and they have visions of 3 hour gym marathons, they dont understand that you just need to adjust your intake of food and move alittle and you will see results.

I got the same response from people, I went from 260 to 195 in a year and a half, my dad thought I was sick and most people just hoped it was something quick so they don't have to work for it.

If you are hoping to retain the muscle that you currently have, you should actually be eating 1gram of protein for how ever many pounds you want to be....I.E if you want to be lets say 125lbs, you should eat 125grams of protein a day. I want to be 190(197 atm) so I try to eat 190g a day. so no, going over the mfp amount…

Open your diary up so we can take a look and give you some pointers. Not all sugar is bad, like the ones you get from your fruits, its the processed stuff you gotta watch out for.

Set your MFP to Maintaining your current weight and just exercise to tone up. make sure you eat back the exercise calories and get plenty of protein so you keep that muscle.

P90X is intended for people who are already in good shape. The starter is P90 then move on to P90 Master and then to P90X. a lot of people will tell you to just skip ahead to P90X and modify...but why modify when you can start p90 and work your way up the way it was intended? hope this helps and good luck!

considering you have the will power to already have dropped 60 lbs....I would say enjoy your vacation...dont go to crazy...and pick back up full tilt when you get back. I plan on doing hte same in July.
