A pound a week is not bad. Maybe you could try if you have the time to eat smaller more frequent meals throughout the day, instead of 3 larger meals. Just a suggestion, but don't be too hard on yourself, at least you have lost, and that's encouraging!

I don't know if you can afford it, but I tried a trainer one time when I had the money, and I lost 25 lbs.!! She definitely helped show me strength exercises that worked!! Plus, she gave me a lot of nutrition advice!
