To me it doesn't sound like you are eating enough. Your BMR alone is 1450 calories. Add in exercise minus 15% cut would mean you would need to consume around 1700 calories per day. Thanks, I will try that. It wll all have to be body weight squats and lunges because I cannot hold or lift weights atm!

I make protein pancakes with it with some egg white and protein powder and banana. Yum. I also have it on rice cakes.
