Got a fit bit - looks like I've been under eating! Help!

NSV - Body fat!
I take my body fat every two weeks. Two weeks ago I was at 21.3% body fat, today I was 20%. The scale may not be moving much, but it is definitely working! And for those that want to take your body fat at home, I recommend the Omron Body Fat Monitor - it works great and is only about $40?

Better results from body pump vs lifting heavy?
I'm not sure why, but I always seem to get better results from higher reps vs lifting heavy with lower reps. Is anyone else this way. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE lifting heavy, but I just don't get results from it like I do with programs like body pump. Anyone else?

Rest week and eating at TDEE week?
So every 4-6 weeks you take a rest week and eat at TDEE. My question is, do you do both on the same week or different weeks? My rest and TDEE week are both going to be around the same time and I am unsure what to do.. I was thinking a rest week for week 5 and eat at TDEE for week 6? Thoughts?

Finding it hard to reach my calorie goal
I am used to eating 1400ish calories a day. I am now aiming to eat 1700-1800 but I am having trouble reaching that goal. How can I add extra calories easily without eating bad food?
