What do you do for rest week with exercise?

Just curious for those of you that take a rest week every 4-6 weeks, what do you do on your rest week? Cut back on weights? Just do cardio?

Nothing but some light stretching. Last recovery week I did nothing at all. Felt refreshed when I went back.0

I cut it down to less than an hour and do low-impact stuff...like P90X Kenpo, Core work...sometimes a run on the elliptical, but not at the same level I do on non-rest weeks. Yoga is good too.0
