NSV - Body fat!

I take my body fat every two weeks. Two weeks ago I was at 21.3% body fat, today I was 20%. The scale may not be moving much, but it is definitely working! And for those that want to take your body fat at home, I recommend the Omron Body Fat Monitor - it works great and is only about $40?

I can't remember, I've had it for about 4 years now. But I probably got it off eBay, but I know amazon also sells them, along with bodybuilding.com0
