My husband and I went out for dinner tonight so I grabbed a nice pair on jeans that I have had stashed away for a few years (as they never fit me), tried them on and not only did they fit, they were a bit loose! Ahhh I am so excited! Even though the scale hasn't moved much, I am getting thinner - and I love it! This feeling of accomplishment is so much better than any number the scale will give me!

hopefully your husband made a nice comment about how the jeans looked on you.. I got like note cards for dates if I ever notice different clothing.. which for guys thats a big deal.

Well done, I am converted to clothes are better judges of our weight than scales. Cracking result get a belt for those 'too small' jeans !!!! whoop whoop
