I shoot for 3 days a week of about 35 minutes, but I usually do 2, and sometimes 1...lol. I lift 3 times a week, though. That is non-negotiable.0

Spin class twice a week for 45 minutes and 10 or 15 minutes on the track before I weight train. About to start training to walk a marathon, tho.0
