How much cardio?

I am just curious how much cardio you all do?

    I shoot for 3 days a week of about 35 minutes, but I usually do 2, and sometimes 1...lol. I lift 3 times a week, though. That is non-negotiable.

    Usually 20 mins of HIIT after lifting, 3x a week.

    If i'm pressed for time, I shorten the time.

    I usually do 2 days a week, was running for both days..now I do HIIT running for about 20-30 mins. Sometimes I take a step class for 60 mins once a week

    Spin class twice a week for 45 minutes and 10 or 15 minutes on the track before I weight train. About to start training to walk a marathon, tho.

    I try for 30-40 minutes twice per week of high intensity cardio. I also try to add a HIIT after at least 1 of my strength training sessions every week.
