  • Ever hear of the book called Surgery or Cleanse? I'm with jlvand - I'll try the cleanse! It saved me from having my gall bladder removed!

  • I'm new also! This seems to be a good tool for keeping me accountable! I've tried using humans who should care as accountability partners, but they haven't cared enough! But I do still love them!
