I've lost just about 30 pounds now since Sept and people just started noticing and commenting on my loss a few weeks ago. Or if they don't know I've lost weight they just comment I look really good (more than usual) lol.

I think they can both equally burn a good amount of calories.. In my opinion its all about your heart rate and how hard you are pushing yourself. Such as if you get your heart rate up to about 80% doing either running or walking on an incline you will typically burn the same amount calories.

I use a mio watch and its usually pretty accurate when in comparsion to the machines. But all I have to do is press start when Im about to do my work out and check my heart rate and it will calculate my calories burnt from there. Also usually I check my heartrate a few times throughout the work out to make sure I am not…

This happened to me after the Canadian thanksgiving. I went over my calorie intake by one day and drank a few glasses of wine and BAM the next time I weighed myself I was up 6 lbs. It took me about a week or so of exercise and clean eating to get back to normal...

This looks soo yummy. Perfect meal for a work out day :) I am going to have to try and make this for my boyfriend. Hes obsessed witht pasta, and I've been neglecting to cook him some lately due to the high calorie content in most dishes!
