I am currently on week 3 of Insanity so not finished yet, but I just wanted to tell you about my experience so far. I can so relate to the false expectations - I have been there myself, lost a ton of weight and then put it all back on again. I am now trying to lose weight for my health, as my back suffers when I am heavier.

I bought a Karrimor run belt and it was the best few £ I have ever spent! It has 2 pockets but is flat enough not to bounce around and will sit under a t shirt without looking too bulky.

Personally I prefer to get the tough bit out of the way first, and then because I feel so virtuous I find I push myself harder for the other half voluntarily, rather than just dread the hills!!
