  • It's definitely gotta come from within, but my best advice to you would be to invite him to work out with you. Don't put pressure on him or anything but every time you go, invite him to join, or when you guys are doing something together try to make it activity based. Instead of getting together for drinks or meals,…
  • I did Jenny and absolutely loved it, it really worked for me. I lost almost 60 pounds on it. But all it is is portion controlled premade food. But it was exactly what I needed, something that was easy and required little thought. Different programs are going to work for different people, when it comes down to it the only…
  • I know it's hard, but trust me it's well worth it! You'll feel better faster, and then be able to get back to your routine. If you really can't just rest, go for a bit of a walk, but don't push it. Your body needs the rest to fight off the illness, just think the faster you are back to normal the faster you can get back to…
  • I tend to rest when I'm sick, essentially your body is trying to fight off the germs so rest and lots of fluids should help you kick it so you can get back into the workout routine faster!
  • it happens to me CONSTANTLY... like even when I'm doing awesome, and I'm on track and losing weight like no tomorrow, and feeling great because of it, deep down the saboteur voice pops up and is like 'you've been working so hard, you deserve to indulge!' and i'm like 'yeah, i do deserve to indulge!' and then i have to…
  • On the point about not logging on weekends or your cheats... personally I find that logging my cheats are what really make me think twice about them. I use MFP on my iphone and on my computer, I find that if I look something up right before I'm tempted to eat it, half the time I don't follow through with the cheat because…
  • I'm with you! I LOVE my curves, and I'm not here to get to some strangers ideal of 'beauty'... But I'm here to get healthy and more active.. I put my goal as 170, although I may reassess when I get there... My weight was out of control, 285 at my heaviest a couple of years ago but I'm down to 220 now and am loving…
  • if you go to the website www.miraclenoodles.com you can search for stores in your area. I just ordered the sample package, I'm hopeful, I mean, no calories noodles are worth a try.
  • vancouver island!
  • If you lose the cheese and the butter it's even better! I really love the WW Smartones Breakfast Sandwiches. Very similar to an egg mcmuffin but only 210 calories and something like 7g of fat. Only two min to prepare and i LOVE them. Available at pretty much any grocery store or walmart in the freezer section.
