When I first started, they said I should eat 1800 calories per day. I recalculated after a few days and changed my goal to 2 lbs per week. That reduced my calories to 1320 per day. Since then (3 weeks) I have lost 14 lbs. Also, be very careful with portions. Hang in there!

Your calculations may be correct then. I know 1 cup of cornfakes is about 100 calories

Is the 258Kcal per serving or for the whole bag. How many cookies per serving.

Have you been checked for diabetes. Excessive thirst and frequent urination are signs of diabetes.

I eat Kashi Go Lean (the original one) for breakfast. It has 140 cal and 13 g protein. I am diabetic so the protein is very important for me but I also believe it is for everyone.
