  • I'm not too sure, but I think the general consensus on here is either to log it as "Circuit training, general" under cardiovascular for 20ish minutes, or if you have a heart rate monitor, to determine (more accurately) what it is for you. I've been doing the former as I'm still waiting to get my HRM!
