As many have said, yogurt. I used to snack on those cups like no other until I found out how much sugar is in them. Now I stick to a low sugar Greek yogurt, but it's no where near as good tasting. Thanks for the tips everyone! I think I might switch to Pepsi Max and gradually reduce from there... I hate the taste of Diet Pepsi... is Pepsi Max more similar tasting to regular Pepsi?
